Tim is a former minor league professional pitching coach and state championship high school coach. Tim joins us as a pitching instructor after 4 years of collegiate baseball, a decade of coaching high school baseball, and most recently 5 years as the Washington Wild Things Assistant Manager.

Chad joins the Velocity team as a hitting and infielding instructor. He brings a strong passion for the game and enjoys helping players have find while improving their skills.
Chad began his baseball career playing for nationally ranked Massilon Jackson high school in Canton, OH, where he graduated in 2016. Chad played ball at West Liberty

Chad began his baseball career playing for nationally ranked Massilon Jackson high school in Canton, OH, where he graduated in 2016. Chad played ball at West Liberty University (2016-2021) and has served as assistant coach for West Liberty University (2022).

Ken is a 1990 graduate of Weir High School where he was a 4-year starter earning All OVAC and All State Honors during his time at Weir. Upon graduatio
Ken is a professional hitting coach who brings 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to the academy. Ken’s focus is on swing analysis and the mental and timing side of hitting.
Ken is a 1990 graduate of Weir High School where he was a 4-year starter earning All OVAC and All State Honors during his time at Weir. Upon graduation Ken earned a scholarship to play at West Liberty State College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
Ken also played for the Weirton Palomino Squad that posted 133-18 record over his 3 years with them winning the Greensboro Invitational tournament in 1990 and was runner up in the Palomino World Series in 1990 loosing 1-0 to Houston and future New York Yankees Star pitcher Andy Pettit.
Ken has been coaching youth baseball since 2005 and giving private hitting lessons for the past 3 years. Ken offers a current approach to hitting that fits the way the game is played today. Ken developed his hitting philosophies working with his son Tyler who used those philosophies to post a 4-year high school batting average of .472 earning Tyler First Team All-State, First Team All Valley and OVAC Player of the Year honors his Senior Year, while posting a .589 batting average.

From 1995-1996 Jeff played at Bethany College achieving All Conference & All Mid East Region Selection in 1995 and NCAA Player To Watch (All-American), All Conference & All Mid East Region in 1996.
